Driving Services: Safely operate company vehicles to transport tourists to various destinations in Zanzibar as per the scheduled itinerary. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers by ensuring their comfort and safety during their trips. Assist with luggage when necessary and address any questions or concerns from passengers. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Perform basic checks before each trip (fuel, tires, etc.) and report any mechanical issues to the company. Time Management: Adhere to schedules and routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures. Maintain punctuality for all customer appointments. Adherence to Traffic Laws: Follow all local traffic regulations and safety protocols while operating the vehicle, ensuring the safety of passengers and other road users. Communication: Communicate effectively with other team members and customers.

Must possess a Class A or B driving license. At least two years of experience in driving. Ability to speak Swahili and English (additional languages are an advantage). Good health condition. Excellent customer service skills. Reliability and ability to work effectively within a team. Applicants are required to submit their CV and a copy of their driving license.

Education: A minimum of a secondary school education (O-Level or equivalent). Driving License: A valid Class A or B driving license with a clean driving record. Experience: At least two years of driving experience, preferably in the tourism or passenger transport sector. Language Skills: Proficiency in both Swahili and English (additional languages are an advantage). Health: Good physical and mental health, with the ability to perform driving tasks effectively for extended periods. Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and interact professionally with passengers. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions from supervisors. Other Skills: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to identify minor issues with the vehicle. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
