Responsibilities
The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's range of batteries to customers within the Tanzanian and East African markets. Duties include identifying potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences. The Sales Agent will work closely with the sales team to ensure the company's products meet customer needs and contribute to overall sales growth.
Requirements & Skills
Job Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Proven sales experience in the automotive or energy sector is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Knowledge of battery products and their applications is advantageous. Familiarity with the Tanzanian and East African markets is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Abilities Requirements: Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and convey product features and benefits. Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure sales and favorable terms with customers. Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales principles and techniques to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals.
