Responsibilities
Identifying and approaching potential customers to promote CRDB banking products and services. Assisting customers with account opening and banking procedures. Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries professionally. Achieving daily and monthly sales targets set by the bank. Educating customers about mobile banking, internet banking, and other digital services. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Preparing daily sales and customer activity reports. Supporting marketing campaigns and field promotions. Ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements & Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Good customer service and relationship management skills. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to market and promote banking products effectively. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Good organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of mobile banking and digital financial services is an added advantage. Fluency in both English and Swahili.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Marketing, ICT, Customer Service, or related field. Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, or marketing is an added advantage. Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital banking services. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Swahili. Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills. Ability to work under minimum supervision and achieve targets. Must be trustworthy, self-motivated, and professional.
