Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Marketing, ICT, Customer Service, or related field.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, or marketing is an added advantage.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital banking services.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Swahili.
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Ability to work under minimum supervision and achieve targets.
Must be trustworthy, self-motivated, and professional.
