Cargo Sales Representative

Location: Tanzania Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Starlight Airlines is looking for a Cargo Sales Representative to sell air, sea, and land freight services, build client relationships, and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain customer relationships. • Identify and generate leads in the cargo/logistics industry. • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms. • Collaborate with operations for timely delivery. • Provide after-sales support and customer service. Salary: Competitive, with commission.

Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field. • Experience: 2-3 years in sales (cargo/logistics preferred). • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Personal: Good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure.
