I have gained practical experience both in taxation and business management. During my time as a Tax Officer, I was responsible for issuing TIN numbers and certificates for new taxpayers, preparing lists of taxpayers with outstanding debts, and issuing demand notices. I also conducted physical surveys to identify unregistered businesses, created control numbers for tax payments and e-filing accounts, and performed reconciliation of bank collections and tax returns. In addition, I handled client inquiries and complaints, which strengthened my communication and customer service skills.
Currently, I am working as an agribusiness operator where I manage my own poultry farming activities. I oversee daily operations such as feeding, monitoring poultry health, and planning production. I also handle marketing and sales, negotiate with customers, and maintain financial records of income and expenses. This experience has helped me build strong skills in responsibility, business management, customer relations, and problem-solving.
