I worked at TIGO as a Customer Care Representative, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. My role involved assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring they received excellent service. This experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, listen actively, and provide helpful solutions , all of which are valuable in a sales position. I enjoy helping people and always aim to leave customers satisfied. I’m confident that my background in customer care has prepared me well for a successful role in sales.
