The WG‐GF182 is a heavy‐duty commercial gas fryer with two independent 18L tanks (36L total) and two frying baskets, designed for high‐volume frying in restaurants, hotels, and fast‐food outlets in Dar es Salaam. Powered by LPG (2800P), it delivers strong, consistent heat for chips, chicken, samosas, and other fried foods with fast recovery between batches.��With compact dimensions of mm and a 90 kg net weight, the fryer is stable and space‐efficient, yet robust enough for continuous daily use in busy Tanzanian kitchens. Its double‐tank design allows you to fry different items or use different oils at the same time, improving workflow and hygiene during peak service hours.
