This high-capacity gravity concentrator production line combines a ball mill, spiral sluice, primary jig, secondary centrifugal concentrator, and finishing shaking table. After grinding, the ore particle size is less than 3 mm, with a processing capacity of 50 tons per hour, suitable for hard rock gold ores with low sulfide content. The jig recovers coarse gold particles larger than 0.5 mm. The centrifugal concentrator captures fine gold particles as small as 50 micrometers. The shaking table purifies the mixed concentrate to a grade suitable for direct smelting.
