This industrial gravity separation production line is specifically designed for the recovery of hard rock gold, manganese, and chromite ores after crushing and grinding. The line consists of a three-stage jig circuit, a spiral separator unit, and a washing shaking table. The feed size range is 0.5 to 5 mm, and the processing capacity is 100 tons per hour. The jigs produce coarse, heavy concentrate. The spiral separator removes lighter gangue minerals. The washing shaking table provides a high-grade final product that only requires smelting.
