This turnkey gravity concentrator production line can process 30-100 tons of placer gold-bearing material per hour. The equipment includes a vibrating grid feeder, a rotary scrubber with high-pressure water jets, a spiral sluice, and a finer shaking table. A three-stage centrifugal concentrator can be added to further process finer gold. The scrubber effectively breaks down clay and clay-bearing gravel. The sluice recovers over 90% of the crude gold. The shaking table purifies the sluice concentrate into marketable products. The complete system includes water pumps and hoses; a diesel generator can also be provided if needed.
