This gravity concentrator production line is designed for small to medium-sized mining companies that frequently relocate. The equipment includes a feed hopper with a conveyor, a mobile jig mounted on wheels, and small shaking tables, among other features. The capacity for processing alluvial deposits is 50 tons per hour. The jig has a built-in water circulation tank. The shaking tables can be driven by a single-phase motor or an optional frequency converter. This system achieves a gold recovery rate of up to 90% for particles larger than 0.2 mm.
