Our Jig Machine performs exceptionally well on both coarse and fine heavy mineral feeds. It recovers free gold, cassiterite, and scheelite with efficiency above 90% for particles larger than 1mm. The hutch water system ensures uniform distribution across the bed, preventing channeling. The discharge valves are pneumatically controlled for precise concentrate extraction. We offer models with single, double, and triple compartments to match your capacity needs. The machine is suitable for use in modular gravity plants, and it can be integrated with screens, crushers, and shaking tables.
