This Jig Machine is designed for simple on site operation. The control panel allows operators to adjust water flow, stroke length, and pulsation frequency in real time. A transparent sight glass lets you observe the stratification effect inside the chamber. The machine can be configured for primary or secondary concentration stages. For fine particle recovery, a special fine ore jig model is available with a 0.5mm to 6mm feed range. We provide a comprehensive manual in English, plus video tutorials accessible via our Tanzania office. On site training can be arranged for larger orders. The machine footprint is compact, fitting most processing plants without major civil works.
