The Porodo Lifestyle Smart Resistance Band is a multi-purpose and innovative fitness tool designed to take your workout to the next level. This smart resistance band is compact, with a construction input of 5V and a battery capacity of 60mAh. It recharges quickly and efficiently within an hour. Users can exercise up to 4H of playing time after recharging. The set contains four resistance bands to address different levels of fitness and workout intensities: Blue Band 10LB for light resistance; this is excellent for starters or as a warm-up. The red band is Medium, 20LB Resistance, typically used in strength training and rehabilitation exercises. For a heavy resistance of 30LB, the Black Band is ideal for advanced workouts that need heavy resistance to develop body muscles.
