The arched waist back stretching device is recommended for those suffering from herniated discs, sciatica or scoliosis. However, despite the manufacturer's claims, the product's performance appears to be subpar. Most of the reviews indicate that it is made of cheap materials and easily breaks after one or two uses. Some customers claimed that the product was too bendy and did not provide any relief for their back pain. Furthermore, although it is easy to set up, it is extremely painful to get off once you lay down on it.
