A Milk Cooling Tank, also known as a Bulk Milk Cooler (BMC), is a stainless-steel refrigerated vessel designed to rapidly cool and store raw milk at a low temperature typically 4 °C or lower) to maintain its freshness and prevent bacterial growth before processing or transport.
