I have gained practical experience both in taxation and business management. During my time as a Tax Officer, I was responsible for issuing TIN numbers and certificates for new taxpayers, preparing lists of taxpayers with outstanding debts, and issuing demand notices. I also conducted physical surveys to identify unregistered businesses, created control numbers for tax payments and e-filing accounts, and performed reconciliation of bank collections and tax returns. In addition, I handled client inquiries and complaints, which strengthened my communication and customer service skills.
