Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their transportation needs and recommend the appropriate truck models; Develop and execute sales plans, actively seeking potential customers and markets; Participate in marketing activities to expand brand awareness and market share; Manage the sales process, assisting customers with financing, insurance, and related procedures; Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction; Regularly track market trends and competitor information to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience in truck or automotive sales is preferred; Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation; In-depth knowledge of the truck industry and market, with an understanding of different brands and models; Strong market insight and sales skills; Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment; Good negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities; Must have a valid Tanzanian driving license.
