The HGB‐206Q is a heavy‐duty 2‐deck commercial gas deck oven with 6 trays (600×400 mm), designed for bakeries, pizzerias, hotels, and catering kitchens in Dar es Salaam that need high‐volume, consistent baking. Each of the two independent decks holds three full‐size trays, allowing you to bake different products at different temperatures simultaneously for maximum efficiency during peak hours.��Powered by LPG gas with a 220V / 50Hz / 1‐phase electrical control system (200 W), the oven delivers uniform heat from 20–400°C, ideal for bread, pastries, pizzas, and other baked goods. Its chamber size per deck is 1300×640×230 mm, and the compact vertical footprint (1770×840×1230 mm, 260 kg) fits well in busy Tanzanian kitchens while still offering large capacity.
