Our Heavy Duty Gear Reducer Horizontal Cylindrical type is built for continuous operation in demanding environments like mines, quarries, and cement plants. The gearbox housing is ribbed for maximum rigidity and heat dissipation. The input and output shafts are made of forged steel with keyways and are dynamically balanced. This series handles shock loads and reversing operations with ease. The JZQ350 model is particularly popular for conveyor drives and crusher feeders. We offer both hard tooth face (HRC 58-62) for high wear applications and soft tooth face (HB 180-220) for general use. Each reducer comes with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.
