Our Horizontal Cylindrical Gear Reducer covers the full JZQ series from 200 to 400, including models JZQ200, JZQ250, JZQ350, and JZQ400. These heavy duty reducers feature helical gears with hardened tooth surfaces for high torque transmission and long service life. The coaxial design ensures compact installation and direct alignment with driven equipment. Input power ranges from 5HP to 40HP depending on the model, with reduction ratios from 8 to 100. The housing is made of high strength cast iron with integrated cooling ribs. All units are oil bath lubricated and sealed against dust ingress. We supply with or without electric motors. Our Tanzania office coordinates factory direct shipping with a lead time of 15 to 20 days. All units undergo a 4 hour load test before shipment.
