This CIL gold leaching system features a series of leaching tanks where cyanidation and carbon adsorption occur simultaneously. The standard configuration includes 9 tanks arranged in series: the first 2 tanks for cyanidation, and the remaining 6-7 tanks for simultaneous leaching and adsorption with activated carbon. Each tank is equipped with heavy duty agitators and interstage carbon screens. Advanced air sparging system improves oxygen distribution for faster gold dissolution. The system achieves over 96 percent leaching rate within 24 hours. Ideal for oxidized gold ores and alluvial gold deposits.
