Responsibilities
- Assist with daily Human Resources operations and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment activities, including receiving and organizing job applications.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Age between 22 and 29 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under minimum supervision.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
