Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations. Manage and improve the company safety program. Identify and reduce operational risks through effective risk management. Maintain accurate Driver Qualification (DQ) files, including CDL, medical cards, MVRs, drug testing, and required documents. Keep compliance records organized and audit-ready at all times. Review accidents, incidents, and safety violations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Monitor driver safety performance and regulatory compliance. Maintain vehicle permits, registrations, insurance, and compliance documentation. Coordinate required drug and alcohol testing programs. Support driver onboarding by verifying qualifications and compliance requirements.

Requirements: Disciplined, precise, highly alert, mission-driven, and able to perform under pressure. Excellent communication skills required. Must have a laptop, a quiet workspace, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
