Responsibilities
Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports. Assist with project planning and execution. Coordinate tasks across departments. Requirements & Skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Willingness to learn business operations and leadership. Laptop or desktop computer. Reliable high-speed internet connection. Quiet, professional workspace. Availability to work U.S. business hours. Background in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage but not required. Full training is provided.
