Responsibilities
Design, supervise, and implement piped water supply and borehole projects. Conduct site assessments, surveys, and prepare technical reports. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project documentation. Supervise installation of solar water pumping systems, pipelines, and related infrastructure. Coordinate project implementation with clients, contractors, and government authorities. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines. Provide technical support during tender preparation and project execution. Prepare completion reports and handover documentation.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in water engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in water supply, borehole, or wash projects. Experience working with government authorities, ruwasa, city or district councils is an added advantage. Knowledge of piped water systems, solar water pumping, and borehole construction. Ability to prepare boqs, technical reports, and project documentation. Strong communication and project management skills. Proficiency in microsoft office and autocad (preferred). Valid driving license is an added advantage. Ability to travel to project sites across tanzania.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in water engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or another closely related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience with RUWASA, municipal councils, or donor-funded WASH projects will be an added advantage.
