Responsibilities
Support driver onboarding and orientation.
Maintain accurate driver qualification and compliance records.
Communicate with drivers regarding documentation and requirements.
Monitor compliance deadlines and follow up on missing documents.
Assist with driver retention and engagement initiatives.
Maintain organized digital driver files.
Coordinate with operations, safety, and recruiting teams.
Resolve driver inquiries professionally and promptly.
Track onboarding and compliance progress.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work U.S. business hours.
A background in human resources, customer service, administration, recruiting, or logistics is an added advantage but not required. Full training is provided.

You'll work closely with the operations and safety teams to ensure documentation is accurate, drivers remain compliant, and communication is timely and professional.
