1. Video production & editing experience – at least 1 year of experience in videography, video editing, and content creation.
2. Proficiency in editing software – must know how to use capcut, adobe premiere pro, davinci resolve, or similar tools for high-quality video editing.
3. Graphic design skills – ability to create thumbnails, banners, and promotional graphics using canva, photoshop, or illustrator.
4. Understanding of social media trends – knowledge of video formats, trends, and best practices for platforms like youtube, instagram, facebook, and tiktok.
5. Creativity & storytelling – ability to craft engaging videos and visually appealing designs that capture attention.
6. Time management & independence – must be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and work remotely.
7. Basic marketing awareness – understanding how visuals impact branding and audience engagement.
Preferred but not required:
