Feed Mill Manager

-Ensure that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP¡äs) are developed and maintained for all aspects of the business -Validate plant safety programs and ensure compliance with QAMS, HACCP and Good manufacturing practices (GMP's) -Implement systems and procedures to ensure manufacturing operations of the factory meets production plans, product quality and cost standards -Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the factory

-Ensure product meet customer' s expectation -Make weekly/monthly/annually follow-up reports -Highly skilled in marketing,sales, formulating diets and rations to maximizes the growth reproduction and health of animals under care and sales volume. -Maintain standards for reliability and performance of the production -Monitor working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment for the factory

-Strong customer service orientation. -Dependable, self-motivated and willing to work in a very physical job. -Effective at solving problems and making decisions as needed. -Proven experience as a self-starter and initiative. -High levels of personal discipline. -Ability to lead and develop a management team. -Ability to work flexible hours. -Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, managers and customers. -Proven experience in staying organized and maintaining focus to critical deadlines. -Strong working knowledge of feed manufacturing automation systems. -Proficient in feed manufacturing software, Excel, Word and Outlook. -Professional oral and written communication.
